STU POLLARD, President, Pollard FIlm has been making films for more than a decade

emerging as a highly sought after collaborator in the independent film community.
His recent producing credits include TRUE ADOLESCENTS, a Seattle-based coming of
age comedy, DIRTY COUNTRY, a documentary about country singer Larry Pierce, and
IRA & ABBY, a neurotic romantic comedy set in Manhattan. Among Pollard's projects
in development are HARMONY, a dramedy written by Brad Riddell, THE BUFFALO SOLIDER

a drama based on the Chris Bohjalian bestseller, and the southern comedy WONDERDOG

based on the novel by Inman Majors. Pollard also freelances as a consultant and
producer, specializing in private equity financing, investor relations, and distributor
delivery. His clients include filmmakers such as Ryan Harper (STEEL CITY) and Jeffrey
Schwarz (SPINGE TINGLER), and companies such as Your Half Media, Furnace Films

and Half Shell Entertainment. His business plans have raised nearly $7 million
in development and production funds.
ROY SALTER is a Founding Principal based in the Los Angeles Office where he co-manages
the firm's overall practice and project management efforts. The Salter Group is
a leading independent financial and strategic advisory firm specializing in providing
business and intangible asset valuations, financial opinions, financial and strategic
analysis, forecasting, and transaction support covering a broad spectrum of industries
and situations to both middle market and Fortune 500 companies and capital market
constituents. Over the past six years The Salter Group has completed over 700 engagements
representing over $70 billion in asset and business values.
JEFF GONZALEZ, COO and CFO of Maya Entertainment, is responsible for the
overall operations and financial functions of the company. With nearly
two decades of experience in corporate financing and accounting, Jeff
has an impressive track record for successfully building, strengthening
and leading both private and publically traded entertainment
corporations.
Jeff has an 18 year career in the entertainment industry as a financial
executive. He has been the CFO of four publicly traded entertainment
companies, including Trimark Holdings, Inc., National Lampoon, Inc. and
Interplay Entertainment. He was also an officer at Morgan Creek
Productions. Mr. Gonzalez was instrumental in the sale of Trimark to
Lionsgate in 2000. He has also established or facilitated various debt
and equity structures for both corporate and film financing.
DOUGLAS LOWELLis a well-regarded financial executive in the Hollywood
entertainment industry. Mr. Lowell has worked with and been a
consultant for a number of leading privately held and publicly traded
film and television companies. From 2001 through 2002, Mr. Lowell was Chief Financial
Officer of
Premiere Marketing and Distribution Group, a start-up, wide release
theatrical distribution company, where he oversaw all financial and HR
operations and arranged $80 million financing of senior and
subordinated debt. Prior to this, Mr. Lowell was Vice President of
Business Development for Concorde-New Horizons where he launched their
DVD division, restructured Home Video operations, produced over 100
DVDs for domestic distribution, oversaw collection of company
receivables and led special domestic television distribution projects.
He also spent several years at Trimark Pictures, where he initiated and
closed a $75 million credit facility with Chase Securities, while
heading all investor relation responsibilities including SEC filings
for that publicly traded company. Before joining Trimark Pictures, Mr.
Lowell worked in business development at The Kushner-Locke Company
where he helped arrange over $20 million in convertible securities, and
headed all corporate financial relations activities.
